Ana has been teaching full time for over 15 years and inspires many through her deep classes. Her instruction is centered around the breath, she offers insight inspired by the 5 elements and the deities, that lead to inner reflection with a healthy dash of humor. Expect to hear the harmonium-guitar or ukulele, as well as Sanskrit chants and Yoga Sutras in the original language of Yoga.
