Join me for an all women’s Yoga retreat in Costa Rica. I discovered the beautiful town of Playa Negra in the state of Guanacaste, 13 years ago and we decided to build our home and our life in this corner of the world. We lived here 4 years and returned recently to raise our daughters with another language and culture. This is a Blue Zone and we are surrounded by Prana and incredible Raw Natural Beauty. We have had 4 wonderful Yoga Retreats in Costa Rica and Mexico and truly enjoy sharing the Pura Vida Vibes with the World Yoga Community! 

You will be staying at a beautiful beach front home named casa Maria that is located in the Caramar community in the town of Playa Negra (about 75 minutes from airport). During our retreat this magical corner of the world will be our home for 6 nights and 5 Full days each day focused on one of the 5 ELEMENTS. We start our morning with meditation on the beach and , practice Yoga twice a day, eat delicious nourishing food and enjoy the Ocean and Pool and each other's company. 

We will also have the New Moon in Scorpio on the 8th of November and will celebrate the 11/11 angelic portal on November 11. This is going to be a  potent energy for setting intentions and enjoying a Nature filled journey where we recharge by reconnecting with Shakti and divine play with a tribe of Goddesses ! Included in the Yoga Retreat is There will be a catamaran adventure where we explore the coast north of Tamarindo and snorkel and enjoy a morning at Sea!
